Dorothy Louise Carroll

Dorothy Louise Carroll, 78 of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday September 17, 2025 at home. Dorothy was born November 2, 1946 in Marion, Ohio to the late Edgar Paul and Lessie Mae (Blanton) Briggs. She was also preceded in death by husband Freddie Carroll, sisters Anna Mae and Rosemary, as well as one brother Alfred Briggs.

Dorothy is survived by daughter Michelle Lee Carroll; grandsons Cody Walter and Nicholas Walter; great grandchildren Starlynn, Skyla, Cody Jr., Stormy, Amara, and Karlee; and 2 sisters Ella Gearhart and Debbie Black.

Dorothy grew up in Marion and has lived in Bucyrus for over 20 years. She graduated from Elgin High School and enjoyed sewing and arts and crafts.
