Wayne E. Grau

Biography: Wayne E. Grau, 74 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday February 12, 2022 at Avita Bucyrus Hospital following a brief illness.  Wayne was born February 13, 1947 in Bucyrus to the late Melvin Carl and Edna (Durigg) Grau.  He was married June 9, 1973 to Karen (Rice) Grau who survives.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Donald and James; sister Janet Dewiel; brother in law Bill Rice and sister in law Patsy Barry and her husband Dick. 

Wayne is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews; sister in laws Pat Rice, Mary Bogan, and Bev Grau; and brother in law Phil Rice and his wife Wilma. 

Wayne was a graduate of Wynford High School in 1967 and retired in 2003 after working 24 years at Honey Creek. 
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in Memory of Wayne.
