Thomas E. Zarcone

Thomas E. Zarcone, 73 of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday October 30, 2022 at Mill Creek in Galion.  Thomas was born August 11, 1949 in Bucyrus to the late James and Pauline (Payne) Zarcone.  He was married June 15, 1968 to Frances E. (VanHoosier) Zarcone and she preceded him in death on August 2, 2009.  In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by sister Sandra Arnold and sister-in-law Pamela Zarcone. 

Thomas is survived by children Thomas E. (Olivia) Zarcone of Willard, Emery E. Zarcone of Bucyrus, and Angela (William) Mason of Bucyrus; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers Sam (Claire) Zarcone and Paul Zarcone; sister Kathy (Randy) Scott all of Bucyrus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

Thomas graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1967 and retired from Timken and Whirlpool.  He was a collector of M & M Memorabilia and enjoyed camping and the outdoors before his illness.  Thomas especially enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Crawford Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm.  Memorials may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
