Tammy Kalb passed away on Monday April 13, 2026 at Banner Health in Phoenix, Arizona, she was 57 years of age. Tammy was born August 21, 1968 at 6:18 am in the morning at Marion General Hospital on a gorgeous day, and went home 3 days later. She was the daughter of the late Randal Holley and Juanita (Canterbury) Richardson who survives in Bucyrus. Tammy is also survived by husband Dave Smith; son Joshua (Kati) Holley; daughter Kacie (Paul) Kalb and Alicia Mallory; grandchildren Jacob, Benjamin, Anjella, Beatrice, Virginia, Jaxon, Paul Jr., Jayden, Joshua, Jameson, and Ariana; brothers Ben Holley, Tim Shaw, Tom (Janine) McCleese, Ken (Sarah) McCleese; sister Andrea Holley; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by sister Cami Dildine.

Tammy attended Ohio State University to study law. She fell in love with animals at a very young age and for many years was a harness horse owner and loved all animals. Tammy was a member of the Ohio Harness Horse Association for over 10 years and her favorite horse was “Hoosier Honey”.

Tammy enjoyed time with her family, often on the river. She was a Demolition Derby Car driver and won many championships over the years. She enjoyed cook outs and serving food to everyone as well as being an avid reader with her favorite authors being Dean Kuntz, Stephen King, and Ann Rice.
