Steven Charles Rowland

Steven Charles Rowland, 57 of Bucyrus passed away on Friday January 30, 2026, at home. Steve was born June 26, 1968, in Bucyrus to the late Robert E. Rowland and Shannon S. (Spurlock) Rowland. He was also preceded in death by a niece Jenny Masters.

Steve is survived by brothers Carl (Char) Wade of Marion and Tom (Darla) Wade of Bucyrus; sister Sandy (Al) Espen of Sylvania, OH; aunt Carol Hart of Texas; cousin Chuck Christman of Bucyrus as well as numerous other cousins.

Steve lived his entire life in Bucyrus and graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1987. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve. Steve worked several small jobs throughout his life for various companies with most of his career at Pillsbury in Martel.

The family will have a memorial service at their annual reunion later this year, and the staff of the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements for cremation. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
