Roger Dale Rupe Sr.

Biography: Roger Dale Rupe Sr., 70 of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday March 17, 2019 at Bucyrus Community Hospital.  Roger was born October 29, 1948 in Gallipolis, OH to the late Lafayette and Kathleen (Wilt) Rupe.  He was married October 10, 1970 to Elizabeth (Fultz) Rupe who survives.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandson Brian Fisher, sister Betty Johnson, and brother Carl Rupe.

Roger is survived by children Fran (Aaron) Zimmerman, Bessie Hill, Roger (Sharon) Rupe Jr., Tim (Kathy) Rupe, Joe (Crystal) Rupe, Wanda (Ed) Pennington, Tonya (Truman) Sandlin, and Crystal Napier; 18 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister Karen Henry; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Roger last worked at Ohio Crane and was a member of Freewill Baptist Church.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 12:00 noon in the Freewill Baptist Church with Rev.
