Robert Towne, 77 of Bucyrus passed away on Monday May 11, 2026 at home. Robert was born May 28, 1948 in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Robert Charles and Mary (Hoepf) Towne. He was also preceded in death by brothers David Towne and Kenny Towne.
Robert is survived by daughter Diana (John) Moore of Olive Hill Kentucky and grandson Cody Ison, as well as sister Pat Robinson Roswurm.
For 12 years Robert worked at Alayes Elgian and at Tri-Cast as a grinder. He last worked at Pennsylvania Crusher.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Oxendine officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
