Rita Kay Beach

Biography: Rita Kay Beach, 65 of 300 8th Avenue, Galion, OH passed away peacefully in her home on October 20, 2017 following a brief illness. Rita was born September 17, 1952 in Tucson Arizona to the late Denver A. and Dorothy Roy who had resided in Marion.  She was married May 4, 1974 to John F. Beach who survives.  Rita is also survived by sons John J. (Dionna R.) Beach of Mansfield, OH and Eric L. (Alisia) Beach of Cardington, OH; 6 grandchildren, Andrew J. (Heather McIe) Beach; Austin L. Beach; Coltyn F. (Katelyn Marker) Beach; Takoda R. Beach, Kaiden T. Beach, and Taegen I. Beach; 2 great grandchildren Matthew P. and Lincoln T. Beach; 2 sisters Linda Needles and Karen Lindin both of Mansfield; father in law Farence Beach of Galion; sister in law Barbara J. Fix; nieces and nephews, and fur baby Tisha.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by mother in law Josephine H. Beach of Galion.


Rita was a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter 177.  She enjoyed quality time with her family and friends.


Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in St. Paul Reformed Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 am until the time of service.  The family suggests in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions can be made through the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
