Ramona K. (Hill) Asher

Ramona K. (Hill) Asher, 78 of Galion passed away on Monday April 8, 2024 at Legacy of Bucyrus.   Ramona was born July 14, 1945 in Vanceburg, KY to the late Lloyd and Myrtle (Petty) Hill.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter Kelley M. Atzinger, 8 brothers, 1 sister, son in law Michael Thacker, and her pet dog Chelsea.

Ramona is survived by daughter Crystal Thacker of Crestline, son Tim (Annette) Swearingen of Ashland City, TN; 10 grandchildren, Joshua, Jimmy, Kimberly, Shannon, Brandon, Derrick, Raquel, Max, Megan, and Luke; 15 great grandchildren; sister Corrine Hobbs of Springfield, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ramona graduated from Lewis County High School in 1963 and after moving to Ohio worked at Swan Rubber, Geauga Plastics, and PPG.  

Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service.   Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
