Ralph A. Zornes

Biography:  Ralph A. Zornes, 74 of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday Sept. 27, 2016 at home.  Ralph was born Feb. 1, 1942 in Lewis Co. KY to the late Leslie and Pheba (Creswell) Zornes.  He was married July 25, 1964 to Mollie (Nelson) Zornes who survives.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Paul Kenneth Zornes and sister Ruth Hogge.


Ralph is also survived by brothers LeRoy of Morehead, KY and Vern (Sandy) Zornes of Bucyrus as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Ralph retired from Bucyrus Blades and lived most of his life in Bucyrus.  He was well known in the area for repairing lawnmowers.  Ralph attended the Kaler Ave. Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Church of Christ in Christian Union with Rev. Bob Jividen and Rev. George Lore officiating, burial will follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 am until the time of service.  The family suggests memorials be made to the church and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com.
