Pauline Moran

August 31, 1941 — June 22, 2024

Pauline (Smith) Moran, age 82, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2024, surrounded by family. She was born August 31, 1941, in Tazewell, VA to Estell Warren (Roscoe) and Nona B. (Stillwell) Smith. She married Michael G. Moran in April 1975 who proceeded her in death in 2019.

Pauline spent many years as a volunteer for Red Cross and her enjoyment in life was producing a great harvest from her garden, bowling, entertaining and birthdays. Anytime someone walked through her door, there was a pot of coffee waiting and she welcomed anyone to the kitchen table for a meal.

Pauline leaves behind brother, Richard Smith, four children, Theresa C. Auck, David J. Hess, Diana (Jay) Moss and Sheryl (Victor) Moran-Amesquita; twelve grandchildren, Elizabeth A.
