Mazie Alice Butler

Mazie Alice Butler, age 90, went to be with the Lord November 13, 2022. Mazie was born to the late Samuel and Beaulah (Dummitt) Lambert July 22, 1932 in Ruggles, Kentucky. Mazie is preceded in death by husband, Ralph Butler; parents, Samuel and Beaulah Lambert; siblings, Stanley Lambert, Lester Lambert, Mildred Bauer, Donald Lambert, Jack Lambert, and Roger Lambert.

Mazie is survived by children, Mark Butler, Lori (Steve) Stoll, Lisa (Chuck Moore) Butler, Andy (Marla) Butler; sisters, Mary Clark and Marjorie Hughes; grandchildren, Allen (Meredith) Stoll, Jacqueline (Adam Roberts) Stoll, Bryce (Sarah) Butler, Brooke Butler, Madison Butler; great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Theo.

Mazie was a member of Sharon Christian Holiness Church, and loved singing and playing guitar. Mazie said God gave her the words to write many songs and poems over the years.  She enjoyed playing Rummy and doing crossword puzzles. She enjoyed canning and gardening and babysat for many years. She especially loved spending time with her family.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18^th at 1:00 p.m. at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Charles Ellis McGlone officiating with burial to follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to Sharon Christian Holiness Church.
