Marjorie E, Chandler

Biography:  Marjorie E. Chandler, 87 of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday September 6, 2016 at Altercare of Bucyrus.  Marjorie was born June 13, 1929 in Bucyrus to the late Pearly Agusta and Blanche Ellen (Walker) Heinlen.  She was married July 14, 1946 to Walter Eugene Chandler who survives.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter Susan Jane Wertz; infant children Joel and Jody Ann; and brothers Elmer, Carl, and Ross Heinlen.
Marjorie is also survived by children Steven Chandler, Bucyrus; Christy (Jeff) Schell, Bucyrus; grandchildren Julie (Dwight) Sipe, Sycamore; Jody Wertz, Bucyrus; Joel Chandler, Los Angeles, CA; Lee (Matthew Gallant) Chandler, Memphis, TN; Andy (Judy) Schell, Bucyrus; and Abbey (Josh Seedle) Schell, Columbus; great grandchildren Layla and Jackson Nauman; David Schell; Baylon, Odin, and Jade Seedle; Brother Jack Stewart, Monroeville, OH; sister Betty (Joe) Rocco, North Royalton; son in law Ed Wertz and his wife Sandy; and special pet dog Matte.
Marjorie was a homemaker and lived her entire life in Bucyrus.  She was a member of the class of 1947 and active member of St. John’s United Church of Christ.  Marjorie enjoyed baking, bowling and playing golf.
Private Services will be held on Friday in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Platt officiating, burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family suggests memorials be made to the Cr. Co.
