Margaret F. Ditmars

Margaret F. Ditmars, age 84, joined her sons and husband Basil in their heavenly home, June 1, 2026. Margaret was born to the late Paris Gullett and Virgie (Harvey) Gullett October 27, 1941 in Willard Ohio. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, and husband of 60 years Basil Earnest Ditmars.

Margaret is survived by 3 children, 3 sisters living in Macon Georgia; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Margaret was a woman of strong faith, she dedicated her time to God and loving her family. She enjoyed listening to Christian music and would regularly sing for the congregation at church. She always told it like it was and wore a smile, you could say, she didn’t know a stranger. Margaret attended two churches regularly one in Willard and one in Shilo with two very loving pastors.

The family invites friends to visit Saturday, June 6, from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. There will be a service following the visiting hours at 1:00PM. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven. Memorials may be made in the donors choice. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
