Biography: Keneda Kay (Harper) Parker-Fannin 62, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, passed away on Friday November 17, 2017 in Anna OH, her death was unexpected. Keneda was born February 19, 1955 in Greenup KY to the late Russell and Gladys (Burton) Harper Hughes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 33 years Gordon D. Fannin on May 26, 2016; brothers William and Robert Harper; and sisters Bessie Vinson, Ruth Bond, Dorothy Brown, Ida Eulett, Wilma Hamilton, Juanita Sloan, and Helen Coleman.

Keneda is survived by children Kevin Parker, Anna, OH; Mitch (Pascha) Parker, Bucyrus; Terry (jean) Parker of McCartyville, OH; and Gary (Tracey) Parker of Portsmouth; special daughter Merilee Farley; grandchildren Noah, Riley, Terry Lee, Bobby, JJ, Mary Ann, Colin, Kyle, Cody, Devin, Kyle, and Josh and Aliyah who she was more than a grandmother too; sister Bonnie Christian of Hamtramick, MI; sister in law Cynthia Harper, Bucyrus; brother in laws Ed Vinson, Bucyrus and Joe Hamilton, Springfield; sister and brother in laws Fonda Moore, Rick Fannin, J.R. Mellott all of Bucyrus; mother in law Jessie (Armstrong) Mellott Mason of Bucyrus; as well as many special nieces and nephews who's lives she touched over the years.

Keneda moved to Anna in 1994 from Bucyrus. She enjoyed traveling, camping and the outdoors, collecting things, the T.V. series Walking Dead, activities with the family, pet dog "Blake", and being with her grandkids.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Hager officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.
