Joyce M. Morgan

Joyce M. Morgan, 75 formerly of Bucyrus and a resident of Vancrest (Fairhaven Home) for the past 11 years, passed away on Sunday June 23, 2024. Joyce was born May 1949 in Galion to the late Forrest and Dorothy (Parr) Rensch. She was married August 7, 1967 to Charles “Doug” Morgan who preceded her in death on July 27, 2012. She was also preceded in death by daughter Christine and grandson Tyler.

Joyce is survived by children Charles (Brenda) Morgan Jr. of Upper Sandusky, Tammy (Bill) Bayless of Bucyrus, and Billy (Kris) Morgan of Marengo; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother Daniel Rensch of Bucyrus and sister Kathy Rensch of Bucyrus.

Joyce graduated from Galion High School and lived most of her life in Bucyrus. She worked as an STNA in Nursing Homes and was a Homemaker. Joyce enjoyed Bingo and Cross Stitching.

The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. and services will begin at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow services at Crawford County Memory Gardens. The family suggests memorials be in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society or James Cancer Hospital.
