Joseph "Joe" Thomas Hildreth

Biography: Joseph "Joe" Thomas Hildreth, 76 of Bucyrus passed away on Thursday February 8, 2018 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. Joe was born November 4, 1941 in Martel, OH to the late Elmer and Alwilda (Mason) Hildreth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Barb.
Joe is survived by daughters Tina Gallegos and Christina Hildreth both of Bucyrus; grandchildren Amy (Tyson) Colley-Betts, Adrian Gallegos, Adam Gallegos, Cecilia Gallegos, Elena Hildreth, and Guillermo Cruz III; great grandchildren Aaliyah and Damien Gallegos; brothers Gary, Delmer, and Paul "Steve"; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Joe last worked at the service counter at the Auto Zone. For many years he did electrical and telephone work. He moved to Bucyrus from Corpus Christi TX in 2004. Joe was a U.S. Army Veteran and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his pet dogs.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Tuesday at 4:00 pm and the family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until the time of service. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
