Joseph D. Snider

Biography:  Joseph D. Snider, age 80, passed away at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland, April 13, 2019. Joseph was born to the late Elmer and Virginia “Glover” Snider August 20, 1938 in Louisville KY. He is preceded in death by his parents, his friend Gloria Broone whom was like a second mother, brothers, Charles Graham “Buddy” Snider, Robert Lee Snider, and Kenneth Snider.


Joseph is survived by longtime companion and caregiver Pansy Damron; sister, Charlene (Bobby) Singleton; sister-in-law, Hazel Waldrop; brother-in-law, Terry Howell; nephews, Ernie Vaughn and Dan Vaughn; friends, Tom Gay and Sharon Thoman, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.


Joseph worked contract construction work and loved doing yardwork. Joseph enjoyed singing Karaoke, always kept busy, planting and tending to flowers, and going out to eat regularly. He was a member of Hope on the Hill Chapter church of Ontario.  He would ride his golf cart anywhere he could. Joseph also loved his dogs, leaving one behind.
