Jamie J. Nye

Biography:  Jamie J. Nye, 31 of Bucyrus passed away on Thursday September 27, 2018 in Bucyrus. Jamie was born December 3, 1986 in Bucyrus to Jim Nye of North Robinson and Teresa (Loftis) Jack of Punta Gorda Fl. In addition to his parents he is survived by son Havik Nye of Mansfield; sister Heather (Christopher) Hyett of Bucyrus; half brother Josh Goin of Bucyrus; paternal grandfather Kenneth Nye of Bucyrus; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Jamie was preceded in death by half brother Eric Mullins; paternal grandmother Patsy Nye; and maternal grandparents Esther and Lillard Loftis.
 

 

 

Jamie graduated from Colonel Crawford H.S. and enjoyed frisbie golf, paintball, video games, playing guitar, collecting swords and knives, and most of all spending time with his son. 

 

 

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Duane Castle officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11:00 am until the time of the service.
