James D. "Jim" Zucker

James D. “Jim” Zucker, 68 of Bucyrus and formerly of Chatfield passed away on Saturday June 21, 2025 at home, his death was unexpected of natural causes. Jim was born March 1, 1957 in Bucyrus to the late Paul E. “Gene” and Shirley (Miller) Zucker. He was married July 9, 1994 to Beth (Inscho) Zucker who survives. In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by step daughter Daneil (Elliott Saunders) Spiegel and grandson Atticus Saunders of London, England.

Jim graduated from Buckeye Central High School in 1975 and lived his entire life in the area. He was a member of College Hill United Church of Christ. Jim retired from Ohio Field Seed and had formerly worked at Mansfield Brass. He enjoyed going to lake Erie and boating as well as visiting with family and friends. Jim was also a member of the Eliminator’s Car Club.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday July 8, 2025 at 11:00 am in the College Hill United Church of Christ with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
