Gary Lee Mckinney Sr.

Biography: Gary Lee McKinney Sr, age 63, passed away December 29, 2018 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Gary was born to the late Sylvan Allen McKinney Jr. and Betty (Ramey) Sweat in Farmers Kentucky January 25, 1955. Gary was preceded in death by parents; daughter, Rachel Ream; son, Ernie Alfrey; grandchild Matthew; and brother, Charles Armstrong.

Gary is survived by longtime companion of 34 years Wanda Branham; children, Trisha McKinney, Brandy Jackson, Katy(Mike) Zornes, Aundrea Fox, Gary McKinney Jr., Wesley Sampson, and Jeremy Baldridge; 19 grandchildren; great grandchild Liam Wise; brothers, Brad McKinney, Larry McKinney and Darren McKinney; sisters, Gale McKinney Sheridan, Jeanette McKinney, and Sharon McKinney.

Gary worked with Dunlap Tire in Shelby for the past 15 years before Retirement. Gary enjoyed riding his motorcycle, mowing grass, snow plowing, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends Friday January 4, from 3PM to 6PM at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. Funeral services are at 11AM Saturday at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev.
