Franklin N. Rarick,

Biography:  Franklin N. Rarick, 85 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday May 26, 2018 at Altercare of Bucyrus.  Franklin was born July 31, 1932 in Bucyrus to the late Franklin Clifford and Cora Mildred (Sawyer) Rarick.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife Carol (Clark) Rarick and brothers Jack and Robert S. Rarick.  Franklin is survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.


Franklin graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1950.  He lived in Florida for nearly 40 years before moving back to Bucyrus.  For several years Franklin worked at Manero's Restaurant near Hollywood Florida as a Professional Mixologist.  He enjoyed being around people and had many friends in Florida and Bucyrus.


A Graveside Service will be held on Monday June 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery.  The family would like to extend thanks to the Altercare Staff as well as special friend and caregiver Brenda Iyerly.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society through the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
