Evelyn Joan Gallentine

Biography: Evelyn Joan Gallentine, 89 of Bucyrus passed away on Friday February 1, 2019 at Heartland of Bucyrus.  She was born May 4, 1929 in Bucyrus to the late Elmer and LeaJean (Ulrich) Hall.  On April 26, 1947 Evelyn married Jack A. Gallentine who preceded her in death on July 25, 2010.  She was also preceded in death by son Steve; brother Don Hall; and sister Betty Baldwin.


Evelyn is survived by daughter Rebecca (Herb) Spears of Bucyrus; grandchildren Jill (Brad) Gross, Corey (Becky) Travis, Leah (Greg) Seals, Zohn (Pam) Spears, and Dawn (Ryan Scott) Spears; great grandchildren Brandon and Jared Gross, Cole, Kaylee, and Kelsey Travis, Courtney Snow, Alyssa, Dylan and Hayden Spears, and Rylie, Drew, and Brendon Seals.


Evelyn Joan graduated from Bucyrus High School,  retired from General Electric in Bucyrus and lived her entire life in the community.
