On February 27, 2023 surrounded by family members, Eulanda Jean Clinard left her earthly home to enter Heaven, her eternal home. 

Eulanda was born November 27, 1935 to Charles Harold Tidaback and Eleanor Seybert Tidaback.  She was born in her grandparents Walter and Zelpha Seyberts home in Bucyrus Ohio.  Shortly after her birth her father died and she was loved and raised by her step father, Mervin Hancock and her mother Eleanor.

Eulanda was married to and later divorced George Clinard.  She had five children, Larry Clinard, Sharon (Danny Lester) Spears, Debbie (Tim) Ley all surviving.  Her younger children preceded in death Kathie Riley, Robert Clinard with her daughter in law Cindy Clinard surviving.

She is also survived by ten grandchildren, Karissa Smith, Heather Clinard, Charity Clinard, Billy Brooks, Ian Enders, Stevi Durham, Tara Ley, Brian (Lexi) Ley, Adam Riley, and Justin (Lauren) Clinard.  She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Abbie Riley and Jared Clinard. Eulanda is also survived by twenty five great grandchildren and preceded in death by one great grandchild.  Also surviving are eight great great grandchildren.

Eulanda was blessed with four siblings.  She is survived by her brother Calvin (Debbie) Hancock and was preceded in death by her sister Bettie Gongaware, brothers Charles (Hope) Tidaback, and David (Barb) Hancock.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews she loved dearly with her niece being one she was a second mother to, Sandy Alspach.

Eulanda was a devoted single mother raising her children and grandchildren.  Three grandchildren she raised and held dear were great grandchildren, Aaron Clinard, Seth Wyeth, and Hannah (Donavon) Schwartz.

Eulanda was a strong, quiet woman of nature.  She was gifted with abundance of love and forgiveness to all.  She was a second mom to many.  Eulanda loved to cook and bake, sharing her recipes with many.  She was a born again believer who cherished her church and church family.  She was a member of Victory In Truth Ministry Church.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm in the Victory In Truth Ministries with Rev. J.C. Church officiating and burial to follow in Chapel Heights Cemetery, Marion.  The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 am until the time of the service.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
