Biography:
Emma Faye Hurst, 67 years of age of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday April 7, 2013 at Bucyrus Community Hospital. She had been battling illness for the past 9 months. Faye was born June 11, 1945 in Cookeville, TN to the late Edward W. and Doshia (Loftis) Brown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother William “Buck” Brown.
Faye is survived by children Keith (Angie) Hillman; Tim Hillman; and Nichole Wilson all of Bucyrus; grandchildren Haleigh and Lexie Hillman; Alec, Ryan, and Macy Hillman; Kaetlyn and Kaden Wilson; brother Mike (Birdie) Brown; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and and special friend John W. Smith.
Faye lived most of her life in this area and was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and her pets but most of all she loved her grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Thomas officiating, burial will follow in College Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 am until the time of service. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
