Doris M. Weaver

Biography:  Doris M. Weaver, age 73, went to be with the Lord October 22, 2015. Doris was born February 16, 1942 to the late Cyril Donnersbach and Mildred (Laipply) Donnersbach.  Her death was unexpected following a brief illness.
 
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, former husband Francis Weaver; brothers Norbert, George, Michael, and Arthur; sister in law, Twila (Hosey) Donnersbach.
Doris is survived by daughters, Debra Weaver of Bucyrus and Diana (Joe) Todd of Virginia; brothers, Charles of New Washington, Thomas of California, and Daniel of Indiana; sisters, Rita (Carl) Hoffbauer of New Washington, Mary Silverman of Indiana, Ruth (Kenneth Sr.) Mienzer of Bucyrus, Bernice (Russell Slone) Donnersbach of Indiana, Loretta (Phil) Schneider of Indiana, and Esther (Ricky) Morgan of Indiana; grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Matthew, and Raven; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Doris worked in Bucyrus as a Telegraph Forum carrier for years. She was also very active in the Girl Scouts becoming a Co-Leader for awhile. Doris loved listening to the sounds of Elvis Presley, while enjoying hobbies such as cooking and gardening. She was a long standing member of the VFW Auxiliary. Above all Doris was a Holy Trinity Catholic Church member for life, helping and assisting any way she could at the church to be surrounded and blessed with so many great people.
 
 Family will be receiving guests for visitation between 5-8 pm on Friday Oct, 30 at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday 11:30 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father John Miller as Celebrant. Memorials may be made to the Voice of Hope for Crawford County.
