Doris Ann Schlitt,

Biography: Doris Ann Schlitt, 90 of Bucyrus passed away peacefully on Thursday June 27, 2018 at Marion General Hospital. Doris was born June 23, 1928 in Little Valley, NY to the late Norman and Martha (Ehle) Barnes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband August Schlitt in 1999, sisters Charlotte Oliver and Dorothy Hughes, as well as brother George Barnes.
Doris is survived by daughters Barbara (Larry “Max”) Beebe of Bucyrus and Nancy (Eric) Carlson of Neptune Beach, FL; grandchildren Damon (Amy) Mollenkopf, Westerville; Chad Carlson of FL; and Christopher (Jess) Carlson of NY; and 2 great grandchildren Andrew and Rachel Mollenkopf.
Doris was retired as an Occupational Therapist and lived in Bucyrus for the past 20 years. She was a member of Scioto United Methodist Church. At her request there will be no formal services. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
