Biography: Clifton William Rice, age 61, passed away July 21, 2022 in Crestline Ohio. Clifton was born to the late George and Brenda (Jordan) Rice February 22, 1961 in Portsmouth Ohio. Clifton married February 17 1981 to Rebecca(Chatfield) Rice. He is preceded in death by parents, and brother Jimmy Surgener Jr.
Clifton is survived by wife, Rebecca Rice; children, Shaun Rice, Shane (Phylicia) Rice, Shannon (Anisha) Rice, Adam (Brittany) Rice, and Jagger Rice; grandchildren, Landon, Lexus, Brayden, Hermon, Bella, Khloe, Connor, and Malhee; brother, Jason Surgener; sister-in-law, Sheila Surgener; extended family, Robbie (Heather) Miller, Dillon Cox, and Lacee Skelton.
Clifton was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He graduated from Bucyrus High school and went on to be a truck driver for many years. He loved playing Candy Crush and was in the top 5% in the world. He loved spending time with his family, collecting Harley memorabilia, and The DUKE. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Visiting hours are at Munz-Pirnstill, Tuesday July 26, from 4PM-5PM. There will be a service following visiting hours at 5PM. Memorials may be made through the funeral home. Moments of remembrance may be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
