Brenda L. Tuttle

Biography: Brenda L. Tuttle, 78 of Bucyrus died on Monday at Signature Health Care in Galion.  Brenda was born October 29, 1940 in Maytown KY to the late Manor and Fannie (Arms) Manuel.  She was married August 15, 1959 to Otis L. Tuttle who preceded her in death March 12, 2016.  She was also preceded in death by brother Willard Manuel; sister May Lou Hall and her husband Tommy; and brother in laws Jack West and Will Bowling.


Brenda is survived by sons Ken (Anissa) Tuttle of Galion and Jeff (Dorthy Williams) Tuttle of Bucyrus; grandchildren Daniel (Michelle) Tuttle, Austin (Jill) Tuttle, Alex and Maggie Tuttle; great grandchild Izzy Tuttle; brothers Ralph (Glema) Tuttle and James (Jeri) Tuttle; sisters Mildred West, Janette (Harry) Moore, Alice (Donald) Tuttle, and Wanda Bowling; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.​


Brenda retired from Heartland of Bucyrus where she was in charge of the Dietary Departments.  She graduated from Maytown High School and lived most of her adult life in Bucyrus.  She enjoyed cooking, attending the grandchildren's events, and spending time with family.​


Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 10:30 am in the Little Rebecca Church, 4982 Henry Road, Plymouth, OH.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to the church of the Alzheimer's Foundation and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
