Brandon J. Starlin

Biography:  Brandon J. Starlin, 31 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday December 31, 2016 at Cleveland University Hospital.  Brandon was born Oct. 20, 1985 in Bucyrus and is the son of Gene and Melissa Butler who survive in Marion.  He is also survived by his wife Shelby (Brandenburg) Starlin; sisters Amanda Butler (Jon) Cumberton of New Jersey and Natasha “Smalls” Butler of Nelsonville; maternal grandmother Audrey Starlin of Bucyrus; as well as loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather Leroy Starlin.


Brandon graduated from River Valley H.S. and the Tri-Rivers Career Center for culinary.  He continued his education and attended Hocking Hills Technical College for culinary.  He enjoyed cooking, sushi, traveling, the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spending time with his close friends.  Most of all Brandon enjoyed spending time with his family and the family breakfast.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the Service.  Burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
