Bessie B. Perry

Biography:  Bessie B. Perry, 77 of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday August 21, 2018 at her home following a three month illness.  Bessie was born October 8, 1940 in Caledonia, OH to the late Albert and Iona Marie (McLaughlin) Fultz. She was married to Lawrence Daniel Perry who preceded her in death in 2007.  Bessie was also preceded in death by 2 great grandchildren and 2 brothers Richard and Albert Fultz Jr.

Bessie is survived by children Margie (Dennis) Bell, William (Maude) Perry, Charles I. Perry, Susie LaFlash, and John Perry; grandchildren Christopher (Sharon) Perry, Sara Bell, Joseph Bell, Jennifer (Taylor) Clark, Nikita LaFlash, Angie Perry, Stacy Bell, Willie (Misty) Perry, Bryant Perry, Ashley Hampton, Nick (Amber) Perry, and Scarlet Perry; 12 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother Joseph (Della) Fultz; sisters Cora (Junior) Stone, Liz (Roger) Rupe, Rachel (Keith) Meyers, Dorothy (Karl) Doss, Frances (Ron) Craig, and Anna Clark; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Bessie was a homemaker and member of Freewill Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing and being involved with the ladies auxiliary.  In addition to reading the Bible, Bessie enjoyed taking walks, cooking, attending the kids soccer games, and while living in Michigan outdoor activities.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Freewill Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
