Arthur F. Skaggs

Arthur F. Skaggs, 90 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday June 13, 2026 at Altercare of Bucyrus. Arthur was born November 25, 1935 in Scioto County, Ohio to the late Amos and Rosie (Greene) Skaggs. He was married March 3, 1967 to Carolyn F. (Horsley) Skaggs who preceded him in death on December 15, 2017. Arthur was also preceded in death by son Robert Dale Skaggs and daughter Tina Louise Skaggs as well as 4 brothers and 5 sisters.

Arthur attended schools in Portsmouth, Ohio and retired from Bucyrus Blades after 31 years as a drill press operator.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11:00 am until the time of service. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
