Allen Lee Mofford

Allen Lee Mofford, age 54, passed away October 3, 2026 at OSU hospital. Allen was born to William Mofford and Charlotte (Feight) Wickman November 26, 1971 in Portsmouth, Ohio. Allen married Jennifer (Lewis) Mofford September 11, 1996. Allen is preceded in death by his sister, Taunia Mofford.

Allen is survived by wife of 30 years, Jennifer Mofford; parents, William (Kim) Mofford and Charlotte Wickman; children, Brittany (Andrew Miller) Pratt, Cristopher (Ellen) Davis, and Kaeley Davis; siblings, Joey Mofford, Donny (Holly) Mofford, Shawn (Jennifer) Mofford, and Brenda (Chuck) Morgan; grandchildren, Carson Witten, Kiley, Ashlynn, Madison, and Ethan; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Allen was a jack of all trades, he was the outdoorsman type, loved going fishing, arrowhead hunting, and metal detecting. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, hanging out in his mancave, and was very handy. He spent a lot of time with his family and friends, and was always rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers every football season. He will be missed by all that knew him.

The family will receive friends at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home, Thursday, October 8th, from 2PM-4PM. There will be a service following the visiting hours at 4PM. Memorials may be made through the funeral home. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com.
