Deborah Ann Leppert, 54, of Bucyrus passed away Tuesday July 1, 2014 at the home of her daughter in North Robinson. Deborah was born March 7, 1960 in Crestline to the late Paul J. Harold “Andy” Tosh, 73, of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday in Bucyrus Community Hospital Emergency Department after becoming ill. He was born on December 13, 1940 in Baxter Tennessee to the late Daniel and Sarah (Smith) Tosh. On August 19, 1960 he married Barbara I. Everett who preceded him death. O. Eunice Armstrong, 86, of Bucyrus passed away on Friday June 20, 2014 at Heartland of Bucyrus, she had been in failing health for the last three years. Eunice was born Aug. 22, 1927 in Charters KY, Lewis County, to the late Ova and Mary (Mefford) Moore. She was married April 4, 1945 to Eric Armstrong who preceded her in death on March 11, 1988. Randolph was born Oct. 8, 1927 in Harris, KY to the late Roy and Ardath (Butler) Gilliam.
